Began as a group of high school students and their youth leader. Would go on to play everywhere from soup kitchens to sports stadiums. Played national anthem at NBA D-League and MiLB games. Led worship in fan section of the 2019 IndyCar Honda 200 at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. Winners of Mid-Ohio's Got Talent and auditioned for America's Got Talent in 2015. Have helped launch multiple youth praise bands and sponsored community concerts and festival entertainment.

CLAY Team Sports Ministry was founded in 2004 as the Christian League of Athletics for Youth and served as the continuation of the 100+ year old Erie County Church Athletic Association. I coached both K-2 coed and 5-6 grade boys teams as a student coach before moving into an administrative role where I was responsible for working with local churches to ensure player eligibility, connect with local business sponsors and organize community service projects with local non-profit organizations.

The league tripled in size and became the largest youth basketball program in Northwest Pennsylvania. CLAY was the only sports ministry organization to focus on connecting small churches, promoting competition and was the first sports ministry program to mandate concussion awareness training. In 2010, we also launched a summer camp program to serve as an outreach-focused alternative to traditional vacation Bible school programs.

I spent five years serving as an assistant coach for a high school age girls softball team. I was responsible for player conditioning, game strategy, statistical analysis and base running technique.

I competed four years as a varsity track athlete. After suffering an injury during my junior year, I took over coaching underclassmen in sprint mechanics. During my time at Malone, we won two American Mid-East Conference titles and two National Christian College Athletic Association titles. Several of my teammates would go on to compete at the Olympic Trials.

In partnership with Scripture Union Canada, Scripture Union Honduras and Athletes in Action Honduras, I served as the only American on a multi-national ministry team. We trained local pastors, visited local schools, managed a week long soccer clinic, oversaw a end-of-week soccer tournament, planned youth activities at a local camp and helped organize a city-wide church soccer league based on the CLAY model.

I take on freelance client work as part of my father's consulting firm and specialize in web design and strategic planning. Recent projects have included e-commerce development and writing a business plan for a virtual reality company.

Right Choice Today, Inc. oversaw three distinct branches: 1) Measuring Up - a customer satisfaction survey company with clients in 23 states, 2) RCT Promotions - a boutique marketing firm specializing in event planning and social media marketing and 3) RCT Consulting - a business consulting firm with experts in administration, distribution, finance, human resources, marketing, sales and technology. My responsibilities included strategic planning, overseeing IT and web properties, client relations and community engagement.

RCTI Business Resources was designed to be a virtual corporate office for small businesses and was the first start-up to be featured on the cover of U.S. Business Review magazine. We had over 20 affiliate companies providing services ranging from printing services to legal consulting and commercial real estate. I served as the chief architect, taking ideas from the founding members and building them into a fully interactive private social media site where clients could easily connect with our consulting team and affiliate companies.

I worked concessions one summer at a local amusement park in Erie, PA and learned how to prepare everything from cotton candy to fresh cut french fries.

I spent one summer delivering newspapers and often subbed on other routes due to my efficiency.

I was the first freshman to complete an independent study, first sophomore to run camera for the long running Coach's Corner show before taking over as technical director for Coach's Corner during my junior year. During my senior year, our live show set ratings records for a student-produced show. I set the stage, wired the set, set the lights, ran multiple cameras, prepared the teleprompter and directed everyone in the studio.

I led the team that counted all the money that came in through the McDowell Campus Store after school. We were responsible for handling the cash, reporting revenue by shift, reconciling register receipts and preparing for the daily deposit.

Created Church is an 100% online ministry designed to empower people to pray, grow and serve together and has reached people in over 80 countries and territories. I developed a seven year Bible curriculum, recorded weekly videos, wrote daily devotionals, mentored future youth leaders and networked with ministry leaders in Latin America, Asia and Africa.

Pennsylvania International Academy is an international boarding school affiliated with Mercyhurst Preparatory School in Erie, PA and offers an International Baccalaureate curriculum. Mercyhurst boasts an 100% college acceptance rate, and PIA students regularly go on to study at top U.S. universities. I lived in the dormitory with students, helped them adjust to American culture and oversaw their tutoring and after-school activities.

Spent six weeks teaching Spanish to elementary school students at Ridgefield Elementary School as part of my high school's advanced Spanish program.
