Founded Paradigm Shift Ministries to serve as "church for people on the go", built online membership site, wrote daily devotionals, preached weekly on Saturday evenings, live streamed to over 80 countries, coordinated with other local churches and organizations for community service events, organized large Christian music events and connected with missionary partners in Africa, Asia and Latin America. Currently preparing ministry materials for publishing, including a book, daily devotional, music book and sports ministry handbook.

Began as a group of high school students and their youth leader. Would go on to play everywhere from soup kitchens to sports stadiums. Played national anthem at NBA D-League and MiLB games. Led worship in fan section of the 2019 IndyCar Honda 200 at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. Winners of Mid-Ohio's Got Talent and auditioned for America's Got Talent in 2015. Have helped launch multiple youth praise bands and sponsored community concerts and festival entertainment.

Led worship during youth weekends as a high school student and served on outside prayer team as a college student. FootSteps is an outgrowth of Koinonia of Erie County, which is an interdenominational movement that hosts regular spiritual retreats for faith renewal and lay leadership training.
