Creative Visual Studio · MU360
MU360 is Creative Visual Studio’s operational intelligence platform. It connects the information an organization already has with the questions its leaders need answered. I founded the studio in 2021 and designed MU360.
- The problem
- Organizations hold feedback, survey responses, CRM records, operational data, and undocumented knowledge in systems that do not connect. They collect more than they can interpret.
- My role
- System architect: the concept, the measurement framework, the analysis workflow, and the decision-support layer.
- What was built
-
- Structured data models that let separately held information be read together.
- Analytics and reporting pipelines drawing on CRM, survey, and external data.
- An AI-assisted analysis step, with people responsible for interpreting findings and deciding what to do.
- Capabilities
- System architecture, operational intelligence, analytics, decision support, AI and data workflows, organizational strategy.
- Evidence
- A designed platform and working methods, built in the course of advisory work. No client outcome is claimed here.

New York City Public Schools
As Social Studies & Law Teacher and Civics for All Coordinator, I turn state and city civic requirements into programs a school can run, and design the courses that carry them.
What the work involves
- Implement the New York State Seal of Civic Readiness at school level, translating a state credential and its evidence requirements into programming students can complete.
- Coordinate the city’s Civics for All initiative with school, district, city, state, nonprofit, and university partners.
- Support development of a Legal Studies career and technical education pathway aligned to state requirements. The pathway is in development.
- Teach AP Government, Participation in Government, Introduction to Law, and Criminology, using project-based civic learning and case-method teaching.
This is work for my employer. The Seal of Civic Readiness, Civics for All, and the career-pathway structure are state and city programs, and course materials belong to the school system. None of it is a Creative Visual Studio product.

- Program implementation
- Stakeholder coordination
- Legal and policy translation

Human systems research · ongoing
Architecture of Human Systems
I develop the Architecture of Human Systems, a Creative Visual Studio research program on how people and institutions stay capable of governing themselves as technology changes knowledge work. It works at three scales: Human Formation (the person), Governed Work (the organization), and Human Network (across institutions).
Under Governed Work I am writing the Portorosso Papers, a seven-paper working series on governing AI in professional and organizational work. None of the papers is published yet.
Capabilities

- Knowledge systems
